Skill: Split Jerk

Warm Up: 100 unbroken Wall Balls.

Once broken up, remainder of reps = Burpees

WOD L1: 3 rounds for time of:

10 Split Jerk (95/65)
10 Hang Power Clean (95/65)
10 Front Squats (95/65)

10 Burpees every time a set is broken up at any point.

WOD L2: 3 rounds for time of:

10 Split Jerk (135/85)
10 Hang Power Clean (135/85)
10 Front Squats (135/85)

10 Burpees every time a set is broken up at any point.

The month of February is pictured before you.  Feel free to save that picture and use it to better schedule your days here at Reebok CrossFit Back Bay.  A few words of wisdom though…

  1. Use this knowledge to come in on the days where you need the work 
  2. Don’t skip those days
  3. Don’t skip the skill portion of the day just because you think you are good at it
  4. Having done this for a long time now does not automatically make you good at it
  5. If you need to work on the skill, skip the warm up, despite of how awesome it may seem
  6. The warm up is not a second workout, it is simply a very hard way to demonstrate that you can do the skill
  7. All of the coaches will be repeating this a lot, so take advantage of it
